- How is your information protected?
The Company employs technical, administrative, and physical security measures that are designed to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. For example, if you enter sensitive information into a Request Form seeking such information, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we take steps to secure your information, we cannot promise, and you should not expect, that your personal and commercial information will always remain secure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You must notify us as soon as possible if you believe your security has been breached. Users are also responsible for any information provided on the Company’s Website. If a security breach does occur, we may post a notice on our Company’s Website or send you a notification to your email address or address on record. - How long do we keep your information?
We will retain your information for the length of time necessary to fulfill the Purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law or a valid court order. If you request deletion of your information, your request will be processed according to the timeframes indicated therein and/or pursuant to any applicable legislation.
- Is your information transferred to a different country?
Your connection will be through and to servers located in the United States and Canada, and all information you provide will be processed and maintained in our web servers and internal systems located within the United States and Canada. By using the Company’s Website, you authorize and specifically consent to the transfer of personal information to the United States and Canada and its storage and use as specified herein.
- What are your rights when it comes to accessing, correcting, or deleting your information, and how can you exercise them?
Under certain privacy legislation, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) , you may request to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of your personal information. Once we receive your CCPA Request, we will begin the process to verify that you are the person that is the subject of the request (the “Verification Process”). The Verification Process consists of matching identifying information provided by you with the information we have about you in our records. Upon making a request, you should be prepared to provide us with information that will help us to verify your identification. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to respond to your request.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will require authorized agents to provide proof of the consumer’s consent to and designation of the authorized agent for purpose of making the request, and will require authorized agents to provide information necessary to verify the identity of the consumer who is the subject of the request. We may also require that a consumer verify his or her own identity directly with us before we respond to an authorized agent’s request
We reserve the right to deny requests in certain circumstances, such as where we have a reasonable belief that the request is fraudulent.

As explained in Section 3 of this Policy, we and our third-party partners such as social networking sites and advertising companies, share your data in order to serve you with ads tailored to your preferences across various platforms.

You can opt out of cookies using your browser. Additionally, you may also exercise your right to opt-out of cookies and automated technology used by the Company and third party partners using the opt-out methods identified in Section 3.
Please Note:
- Opt-outs are device and browser based. You must opt out on each device and each browser where you want your choice to apply.
- Opt-outs may be stored via cookies. If you clear cookies, your opt-out may no longer be valid and you must opt out again where you want your choices to apply.
- We may still share your Personal Information with our service providers that help us perform functions that are necessary for our business such as vendors that host our Site, analytics processors, etc. These entities are contractually obligated to keep this information confidential and not use it for any purpose other than for the services they provide to our business.
- You may still receive ads from us that are not tailored to your interests.
- How do we protect the privacy of children?
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. We will never knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be deleted from our database. Because we do not collect such information, we have no such information to use or to disclose to third parties. We have designed this policy in order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- How can you opt-out from marketing communications?
By submitting a request form or contacting us, you also consent to receiving marketing communications, such as special promotions. Providing consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. - Do we respond to Do Not Track (DNT) Signals?
DNT is a feature offered by some browsers which, when enabled, sends a signal to websites to request that your browsing is not tracked. The Company does not currently respond to DNT requests.
- How will you know when we change this Privacy Policy?
Each time you use the Company’s Website, the then-current version of this Privacy Policy will apply. Although most changes are likely to be minor, we reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy by posting such modifications on theCompany’s Website.
